Rules of the Road: #2 Be Clear with Your Product Benefit

Is the product benefit of your brand/product easy to communicate and communicated well? This benefit must be clear. Let a consumer say “no” to your brand because a consumer doesn’t need it or want it- but don’t let them say “no” because they don’t understand what your product does or why it is a better solution to their need or want. Communications are testable! Invest the time and money to get this right. All of this is testable!
